Preventing Boredom this Winter
With Farrah’s help, we’ve created a new blog post outlining activities that people can do this winter to prevent boredom and keep their social lives active in a safe way. We know that people are worried as winter approaches, and there are still many social restrictions. For each of the activities, there’s a “psych why” section, explaining the psychological benefits of the activity.
We will be running a social media campaign around this in November, encouraging people to try some new activities this winter!
Check out the blog post here.

The new version will make the log-in process much smoother, make it easier to track your progress through course material, simplify internal communication and will feature a Q&A section.
We’ll keep you updated on the launch of the platform!
Podcast Revamp and Relaunch
We’ve revamped the entire podcast, The Shift Show, and will be relaunching it soon. You’ll be able to hear us on Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Play, etc. This has been a great way to make psycho education more understandable and accessible for people.
Just yesterday, Zac, Stef and Shahleen recorded a new episode on how men express their emotions, and what we can all do to help with the growing epidemic of loneliness in men.
